Chemka Hot Springs Day Trip

Your Bomas Adventures driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi in the morning. After a short briefing, you begin a scenic drive through rural Tanzania, passing villages, farmland, and open plains.

Upon arrival, you will immediately notice the clear turquoise water surrounded by lush vegetation. The springs are fed by underground geothermal sources, which keep the water warm and refreshing throughout the year.

You will have several hours to enjoy the springs. You can swim, float, or relax in the shade of the trees. Rope swings are often available for a fun jump into the water. The area is peaceful and perfect for unwinding.

A picnic lunch will be served near the springs. After lunch, you can continue swimming or simply relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

In the late afternoon, you begin the drive back to your hotel, arriving in the early evening.
